For this reason, we idemnify all of our consultants for any of their work, and our clients must also idemnify Janson & Stankiewicz and our consults as a precondition for using our services.

For example, but not limited to the same, we can help our clients write marketing materials, grants, business plans, pitch decks, training materials, and/or online content, and/or provide them research, consulting, training, and/or management services, but we can't guarantee that their customers will buy, nor that government agencies will grant funds or contracts we apply for on behalf of businesses, nor can we guarantee that investors will invest for pitch decks and business plans we develop, nor can we guarantee that helping with political strategy will get others to vote to win an election, nor can we guarantee that those we train will learn, nor can we guarantee that clients will win in court cases we provide research and/or technical advisory services for as expert witnesses, as some examples, but not limited to the same.

Janson & Stankiewicz (J&S) LLC and our DBAs reserve the right to refuse services to others, and we guarantee to issue a timely refund to anyone who has prepaid services we are unable to provide. Other specified agreement terms and legal disclaimers do apply, supra, and may be changed at any time.
