Since 2001, Janson & Stankiewicz consultants have worked in different Silicon Valley, Fortune 500, executive, management, academic, scientific, legal, regulatory, non-profit, government, political, medical, agricultural, robotics, software development, website development, program development, product development, project management, small business development, start-up investor networking, grant writing, intellectual property patenting, marketing, finance, tax, operations, innovation, and journalism environments.
Our consultants have a sum of over 50 years of organizational, program, project, and product development leadership, management, and support experience, and they have worked on some very exciting projects, including but not limited to the development of the DNA tests used by the FBI, glucose monitoring devices, sepsis diagnostics, and the first recycling manufacturing technologies in the United States coupled to renewable energy and artificial intelligence, which gave rise to 3D printers that use plastic waste, now of interest to the SB-54 community in CA, but not at all limited to the same.
Our consultants have collectively led, managed, coordinated, facilitated, trained, evaluated, and/or advised thousands of different types of businesses, government agencies, non-profit organizations, executives, managers, medical teams, CPAs, graduate students, and other stakeholders, having served in advisory, investor, executive, manager, supervisor, and other similar roles.
Accordingly, we can help your team plan and manage a wide variety of highly technical projects and programs.
We are located in Northern California and can meet with you and/or your teams in person or remotely to meet your advisory needs.
Our hourly consulting fee is specified above and includes travel expenses within Northern California for 10 hours or more of management services work, our minimum for providing management services.
Otherwise, 40 hours or more of consulting work is required for us to travel outside of Northern California, to cover costs.
