Small Business Consulting and Support Package (Monthly)

Janson & Stankiewicz appreciate how difficult it is to start a new business and grow the same, and so to support America's economy, largely composed of small business owners, we offer a discounted Small Business Consulting and Support Package, which provides very small business and start-up owners and managers monthly small business development support on a pay-as-you-need basis.

This service is for very small businesses with less than 10 employees only, and within Northern CA only. Businesses with more than 10 employees may use our corporate and executive consulting services. 

One of our consultants has (1) a Master of Business Administration (MBA); and (2) has led, managed, coordinated, faciiitated, trained, and/or evaluated thousands of organizations, executives, managers, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents (EAs), graduate students, clients, and others in many different organizational environments, including Fortune 500, for-profit, non-profit, and government environments; and (3) is a former graduate business faculty member for the largest private university in the United States, specializing in innovation, product development, and organizational learning and development; and (4) is separately a former U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)-financed Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Center for International Trade and Development (CITD) small business consultant for business planning, marketing, and financial analysis; and (5) is separately a former IRS and H&R Block tax Instructor and California Tax Education Council-certified Tax Professional.

This service is provided on a month-to-month and pay-as-you-need basis, and so there is no contract or obligation requiring you to continue with this service after the first month. 

You can increase the minimum level of weekly support we can provide you by any factor you need, for example, if you need 3 hours of support per week, then you would purchase 3 months worth of consulting services, which could be used in one month in a flexible manner, and where any services you don't use in any month, can be used at a later date. We want you to succeed and are flexible to meet your needs.
